1. Members can view products at www.logosatwork.com The entire catalog is available to our membership.

2. Once on Logos at Work website, click on shop, or use the search function for desired items (you can place item # from our picture page).

3. Choose item(s) but order through our Chapter, not through Logos at Work web site. Please note differences in items and that you order what you really want! NO RETURNS on mistakes made by YOU.

4. Furnish the following when placing order:

- Item Number

- Description

- Quantity

- Size

- Color

- Price

Any additional embroidery (i.e. 1st name and/or last name)

5. Price will be what is listed in their catalog plus $10 for Chapter logo, plus and additional embroidery at $3/additional line (1st & last name = 1 line). Additional charges for 2XL=$2, 3XL=$3, 4XL=$4, 5XL=$5, 6XL=$6.

6. All items will have the Chapter logo on them

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.

8. Orders normally will be ready in 10-14 days.
